Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to production teams
• Manage the transfer of project files with precision
• Utilize the Linux command line for efficient workflows
• Conduct quality checks on materials for client review
• Create playlists and assist in show closure tasks
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Familiarity with IO workflows and VFX processes
• Strong knowledge of GSuite and Shot Grid
• Fluency in Linux commands is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
