As a Layout Artist, you'll interpret and implement scene structures in Maya while ensuring alignment with directorial guidance. Your focus on creating solid setups will support the subsequent stages of the production process. The role fosters creativity and the willingness to integrate new techniques in layout design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design shots and sequences based on supervisor input
• Set up coherent camera angles and movements
• Build effective setups for the 3D workflow
• Identify and troubleshoot layout blocking issues
• Enhance shot compositions for visual clarity
Requirements:
• Recommended 2 years of layout experience in VFX
• Proficient in Maya and familiar with cinematic language
• Basic skills in Nuke and real-time scene management
• Comfortable with on-set data integration
• Strong attention to detail with a collaborative approach
