Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end design for major features and workflows

• Partner with PMs and engineers for efficient execution
• Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback for product decisions
• Develop and maintain design patterns for consistency
Requirements:
• 4+ years in workflow-driven software product design
• Proven ability to own product features and areas
• Strong interaction, visual design, and communication skills
• Deep customer empathy through user engagement
• Judgment in balancing depth versus speed of design
