** This position is intended for a student with work study eligibility.**  ## Main Responsibilities
* Prepare, distribute and collect sheet music for the ensemble.
* Submit official attendance records within 24 hours.
* Efficiently setup and strike all rehearsals in the 30 minutes prior and following rehearsals.
* Confirm seating charts and assignments for rehearsals.
* Work directly with the Ensemble Resource Supervisor and Performance Librarian.
* The above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks.  ##

Required Skills:

* Good communication in person and via email.
* Keen attention to detail and timely follow up to emails.
* Must be a music student. Preference given to member of the ensemble.
* Work schedule is determined in coordination with the ensemble Director/s according to the needs of the ensemble. May be required to work on weekends.
