Job Description
- Interact with customers by phone, email and social medias to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding defective items and arrange for these items to be returned.
- Understands all aspects of the company's policies and communicates and executes them effectively.
Qualifications
-Constant improvement of processes and procedures by taking initiative
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Multi-Tasking , organized and detail oriented
-Telephone skills
-Communication skills-verbal and written
- French & English

-Problem analysis and problem-solving
-Customer service orientation
-Minimum 2 year experience
