Become a key player as a Bilingual Customer Support and Reception Agent, providing exceptional service at our head office. This role involves direct engagement with clients via phone and email, ensuring all interactions are professional and efficient.

You will collaborate with the Vice President of Corporate Governance and Client Excellence to handle client inquiries, open service tickets, and provide administrative support. Welcoming and attending to visitors is a crucial aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct client calls and emails

• Maintain a professional front-desk reception

• Gather information for service requests

• Participate in processing customer orders

• Schedule appointments and manage incoming communications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years in a customer support role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
