Role Overview

Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust. This frontline banking role involves delivering excellent customer service, processing financial transactions, and recommending tailored banking solutions.

Work Location & Hours

Location: Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec, Canada

Hours: 15 hours per week

Pay Details

USD 21.50 – 27.05 CAD per hour (subject to candidate’s skills, experience, and location)

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues when necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Build personal connections with customers to convey banking solutions and processes clearly.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and participation in performance development.
  • Assist the team by maintaining awareness of routine activity status and treating coworkers with respect and dedication.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and propose operational improvements where opportunities exist.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Initiative‑driven, accurate, and detail oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm, courteous, and effective customer‑oriented style.
