Location: Dorval

Become a Bilingual Claims and Vehicle Specialist with Intact at our Dorval Service Centre. Engage with customers while conducting vehicle inspections and managing claims documentation in a hybrid setting.

In this role, you will ensure accuracy in claims and assist clients in understanding our policies. Your bilingual skills will facilitate effective communication as you verify damages and document essential details. A strong foundation in vehicle mechanics and excellent customer service is key for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on claims and document all information

• Transcribe facts and damages into estimation software

• Inspect vehicles for accurate damage assessment

• Collaborate with claims adjusters and other partners

• Provide exceptional customer care at all times

Requirements:

• Bilingual abilities in French and English

• Experience in a bilingual customer service role

• Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and damage assessment

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
