Location: Montreal West
Drive excellence in member services as a full-time Advisory Agent vide valuable banking advice while promoting safe use of our digital tools.
This advisory position focuses on improving member and client experiences through personalized banking guidance. At Desjardins, your expertise will support clients in using technological tools and enhance their transaction efficiency. You will also address fraud cases, ensuring clients are properly assisted and directed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients in using technological banking solutions
• Promote Desjardins services to enhance client transactions
• Assist in business development through exceptional service
• Address fraud incidents and guide clients to solutions
• Build lasting relationships with members through support
Requirements:
• Proven experience in client service roles
• Strong knowledge of banking transactions and technology
• Ability to manage sensitive client situations
• Familiarity with fraud prevention and resolution
• Must be available for full-time onsite work
