A calm demeanor and reliable communication in both French and English are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Having a background in automotive is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries through various communication channels

• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner

• Keep customers informed about their orders and shipping updates

• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill customer needs

• Understand product offerings to support clients effectively

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• High school diploma or equivalent
