PROFILE:

As a cashier, you are the face of our company, the first and last point of contact for our customers. You must provide friendly and courteous service by conducting transactions to offer a memorable customer experience. Your role goes beyond simply processing payments; it involves creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.

• Conducting transactions with customers
• Being the main point of contact for our clients and addressing their inquiries
• Packaging deliveries and orders ready for pickup
• Handing over phone and internet orders to customers
• Replenishing merchandise shelves
• Opening and closing the cash register
• Answering the phone
• Performing all tasks related to the laboratory
