Position: Customer Support Specialist - Wheelwiz Montreal

Enhance customer experience at Wheelwiz as a Customer Support Specialist in Montreal. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, assisting customers in both French and English.

This role reports directly to the Director of Sales and is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction. As a full-time representative, you will navigate customer questions and technical issues calmly and professionally, providing solutions promptly. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer support are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders and product information

• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds professionally

• Communicate shipping updates and manage customer expectations

• Collaborate with vendors and couriers to resolve issues

• Keep detailed logs of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience

• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written

• Exceptional organization and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Knowledge of automotive products is a plus
