Location: Dollard-des-Ormeaux
Join Wheelwiz as a Customer Support Specialist focused on wheel and tire needs. Engage daily with customers by phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
This full-time role at our Montreal location allows you to work closely with customers, resolving their issues and enhancing their experience. You’ll have 1–3 years of customer service experience and your ability to communicate in both French and English is essential. Being dependable and organized under pressure are key traits we value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and shipping
• Resolve issues and maintain positive customer relations
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently
• Provide updates on order status and tracking
• Document all customer interactions accurately
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Interest in automotive products preferred
