Position: Duty Officer for Royal Air Maroc

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all services for Royal Air Maroc customers

• Manage control of service assistance organizations

• Ensure coordinated care for passengers during issues

• Act as the airline's representative with stakeholders

• Report on stopover activities and customer complaints

Requirements:

• Bac+2 in management, operations, or tourism

• At least five years of airline or handling experience

• Knowledge of safety protocols and operations

• Dynamic personality with strong learning capacity

• Proficient in both French and English languages
