This role involves leading the coordination of return-to-service activities for AOG aircraft and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. Work collaboratively across Airbus departments while managing databases and communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination of AOG return-to-service processes
• Develop action plans for efficient ground aircraft operations
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external resources
• Maintain client visibility during case resolution
• Identify and escalate emerging trends to resolve issues
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in aviation, with technical experience
• In-depth knowledge of flight operations and aircraft
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
