About the Opportunity
Altis is currently building a talent pool of qualified Customer Service Representatives for future opportunities with organizations across a variety of industries. While this is not an active opening at this time, we are seeking customer-focused professionals who would like to be considered for upcoming contract opportunities throughout the Montréal region.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and providing support through various communication channels. Your Responsibilities
You’ll provide professional and courteous customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
You’ll respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving questions and concerns.
You’ll maintain accurate records and update customer information as required.
You’ll follow established processes, policies, and service standards.
You’ll collaborate with team members and internal departments to support customer needs.
You’ll contribute to a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Skills and Qualifications
1+ year of customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality, administrative, or related experience
Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers, business applications, and multiple software systems
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
