Position: Box Office Supervisor for Live Events

In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage ticket sales, and assist in staff development at this bustling concert venue. You will work closely with various teams to facilitate exceptional service and ensure efficient ticketing processes. A focus on strong leadership and customer interaction is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Box Office operations including ticket sales

• Facilitate ongoing training and support for staff

• Coordinate upselling efforts with the VIP team

• Prepare end-of-night reports for accurate event settlements

• Resolve customer issues and enhance service quality

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ticketing systems and event operations

• Past leadership and customer service experience valued

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Understanding of MS Office programs

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
