As part of the CIHI team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients' access to health data products and services. The Bilingual Coordinator will lead client communication efforts, ensure efficient onboarding, and enhance client relationship management. You will also coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize service delivery and improve internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact for client inquiries
• Provide direct support for accessing CIHI's products
• Coordinate onboarding of new external clients
• Manage dissemination of communication materials
• Track Service and License Agreements effectively
Requirements:
• University degree in a business-related field
• 1-3 years of client support experience
• Familiarity with legal agreements and privacy concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual fluency in English and French
