As the first point of contact for visitors and retailers, your proactive approach will help identify needs and provide assistance. Strong skills in communication and organization are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet shoppers and retailers at the Guest Services Desk

• Support promotional events and initiatives

• Manage gift card sales accurately

• Direct all phone calls and operational inquiries

• Keep directories updated and engaging

Requirements:

• Secondary school education completed

• Strong communication skills in English;
French preferred

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Interest in contributing to the Carlingwood Community
