Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients in a friendly manner
• Manage multiple calls and queries efficiently
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues appropriately
• Maintain a tidy and organized lobby area
• Work with various departments to address client needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of relevant customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Bilingualism in Inuktitut an advantage
