Your role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, addressing needs proactively, and guiding them to extract maximum value from their investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the trusted advisor for your assigned high touch accounts
• Partner with sales for successful customer onboarding
• Lead discussions to align on goals and product usage
• Analyze customer health signals for retention and growth
• Manage client escalations with a proactive approach
Requirements:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in SaaS relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consultative approach to customer success
• Ability to quickly learn new software and tools
• Familiarity with security systems is advantageous
