Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism
• Answer customer inquiries about services over the phone
• Welcome customers and assess their needs at the service center
• Assist technicians with installation and maintenance tasks
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the workplace
Requirements:
• Six months minimum experience in customer service
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Bilingual candidates are preferred
• Ability to commute between service centers within 20km
• Commitment to promoting customer satisfaction
