The Opportunity
An exciting role that is a mix of both Customer Service and Operations allows you to exercise your many skills and also provides an exciting amount of variety to your daily routine. Your days will predominantly be focused on the Customer Service aspect of the role but when the opportunity to jump in and provide operational support to your beloved clients arises, you will happily do so.
The majority of air freight operations takes place out of province; however, there are a few air freight coordinators in the Montreal Branch. You will be the single customer service contact for Air Freight in Montreal and will help out operationally when called upon to do so.
The Montreal branch of this well respected Freight Forwarder is a long-time staple in the market and the team is efficient, effective and tenured; definitely a team you will be proud to become a part of!

Position Description

Qualifications
CIFFA, CITT, P,Log,, CCS, CTCS, and/or other related industry certifications an asset.
Education
Post-Secondary Education preferably in Logistics or Business an asset.
