Enhance customer relations as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist with Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions in Bois-des-Filion, Canada. Manage inquiries, orders, and invoicing in a hybrid work environment.
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our new Customer Service team. This role focuses on building relationships with customers while ensuring accurate order management and timely communication regarding product lead times and availability. You'll serve as the key liaison, facilitating every step of the customer journey from quotation to post-delivery resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries
• Manage order entries accurately in the ERP system
• Provide proactive communication on order updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize customer needs
• Assist in preparing accurate customer quotations
Requirements:
• 4+ years in B2B customer service
• Bilingual in French and English
