Drive exceptional service operations as a Service Dispatcher with Modern Niagara on an 18-month contract. Coordinate field resources and manage customer requests for effective service delivery.
As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in supporting service operations and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Your expertise in coordinating field technicians, managing billing, and facilitating communication will ensure operational efficiency and responsiveness. Success in this role contributes to long-term client relationships and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate dispatch of technicians based on customer needs
• Qualify and prioritize incoming service requests
• Monitor work progress and communicate updates
• Support resolution of customer concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate service documentation and billing processes
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in dispatching or service coordination
• Strong organizational skills for managing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Ability to work independently under pressure
