Location: Mirabel

You will leverage more than four years of customer support experience, utilizing your strong skills in MS Office while navigating SAP for order processing. By collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that orders are prioritized correctly and resolved promptly for maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess customer purchase orders
• Maintain detailed order records in SAP (ERP)
• Communicate with warehouse, sales, and quality departments
• Expedite complex orders requiring urgent attention
• Generate daily reports for program management
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in customer support
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Knowledge of aerospace industry is a plus
