Position: Associé au service client à distance - Bilingue - 24 $/ heure (Beaconsfield)
Location: Beaconsfield

The Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative plays a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to patients and members within a call center environment.

This position involves managing inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate queues, and provide information about Teladoc Health services.

The representative ensures high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently, while occasionally handling crisis situations.

The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Coordinating queues and providing accurate information about Teladoc Health services
  • Addressing concerns professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Occasionally handling crisis situations as they arise
  • Working independently and collaborating with team members
Qualifications
  • Outstanding telephonic communication abilities to clearly explain complex concepts to a diverse member base
  • Superior problem‑solving capabilities and organizational acumen to address challenges effectively
  • Exceptional empathy and active engagement with members and patients to understand their needs
  • Exemplary organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high‑paced environment
  • Adaptability to new processes and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced workplace
  • Bi‑lingual in English and French (required)
Benefits

Earn $24 CAD per hour.

Minimum commitment of only 15 hours per week; you can work more hours if you want.

Flexible work schedule:
Monday to Friday 5:00AM–9:00AM EST, Thursday and Friday 8:00PM–12:00AM EST, Saturday and Sunday 5:00AM–10:30AM EST.
