In this full-time permanent position, you will welcome clients and assess their needs, advising them on the right tools and finalizing rental contracts. You'll play a key role in explaining security procedures and ensuring a smooth return process. With 75% of your time spent at the counter, providing excellent customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assess client needs upon arrival
• Advise on equipment and finalize rental agreements
• Explain security protocols for tools and equipment
• Ensure positive client returns and conclusion of contracts
• Prepare and maintain tools for rentals
Requirements:
• Strong customer interaction skills and service focus
• Resourceful and physically active, capable of lifting
• Comfortable in a computer-environment setting
• Essential experience in customer service roles
• Knowledge of tools and mechanics is a plus
Utilize your customer service expertise and interact directly with clients at our Montréal branch.
