In this role, you will be crucial in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential product guidance. With over 2 years of customer service experience, you will maintain the brand's tone while resolving issues and documenting interactions. Understanding fashion and premium brands will enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries in English and French via multiple channels

• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges

• Provide product information on sizing, fit, and availability

• Document customer interactions accurately in the service platform

• Collaborate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer service, preferably in ecommerce

• Fluency in English and French

• Experience with customer service platforms like Gorgias and Shopify

• Strong written communication skills

• Customer-first mindset and fashion interest
