In the role of Traffic Control Manager, you will significantly contribute to U-Haul's success by managing reservations and equipment allocation. Your efforts will ensure that inventory meets the fluctuating needs of customers while leading a reservation team. Expected to have strong Excel skills, you’ll also analyze past transaction patterns to improve service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist centers with rental needs and reservations
• Ensure accurate bookings for customer satisfaction
• Manage balanced inventory for equipment
• Predict future customer requirements
• Team up with analysts to manage pricing
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel to analyze data
Lead your team and refine operational processes at U-Haul, making a difference in customer experiences regularly.
