Enhance customer experiences as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at MCI in Savannah, GA. Provide support through phone, email, or chat, resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

In this role, you’ll assist customers with detailed inquiries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat
• Respond accurately to customer inquiries
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Process requests according to established procedures
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
