In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their subscriptions. You'll collaborate with program support teams to execute compliance initiatives and assess client needs. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential in leading proactive planning sessions and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer health metrics for assigned accounts
• Conduct strategic planning and program reviews with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
• Identify client goals and success metrics
• Maintain up-to-date client communications in CRM
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer success, project management, or consulting
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Familiarity with SaaS and professional services industries
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
