As an Operational Support Agent, you will perform essential operational duties including reconciliation of reports and data management. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile caisse sector reports

• Input, validate, and manage data efficiently

• Liaise with different components for transactions

• Execute information organisation as required

• Manage filing and documentation according to regulations

Requirements:

• Completed high school diploma in relevant field

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

• Fluent in French required

• Familiarity with caisse products and competitors

• Knowledge of security and internal control measures
