Customer Service Receptionist at RVCA

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and managing inquiries, reinforcing RVCA's commitment to customer service and community engagement. You'll also provide essential administrative support, maintain databases, and ensure the office runs efficiently. Fluency in English and French is vital for effective communication in this role, which emphasizes the importance of organization and prioritization in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors

• Answer queries via phone, email, and face-to-face

• Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

• Support various departments with administrative tasks

• Manage booking platforms and maintain records

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma; post-secondary education preferred

• At least one year of reception or office experience

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems

• Valid G class driver’s license or equivalent
