Become a Senior Client Success Manager at NuORDER in a hybrid setting in Montreal. This role emphasizes driving customer retention with a focus on product adoption and engagement strategies.

In an 18-month fixed-term contract, you will forge strategic partnerships with clients to maximize their investment in Lightspeed's solutions. Your expertise will guide customers through onboarding and into sustained growth while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders will be key in safeguarding and expanding your book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients for seamless onboarding and continued success

• Oversee multimillion-dollar portfolios, from adoption to renewal

• Build strong relationships to boost account growth and retention

• Identify best-fit accounts for Lightspeed Payments offerings

• Develop proactive customer engagement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• 5-7 years experience in Customer Success or similar fields

• Talented in strategic planning and problem-solving

• Bilingual fluency in English and French

• Knowledge of CRM and customer engagement platforms
