Key Responsibilities:

• Stay current on sales platforms for order placement

• Support retailers in their online activities

• Coordinate with Logistics for delivery requirements

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Canadian French

• Minimum 2 years of customer contact experience

• Strong customer service focus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Effective problem-solving capabilities
