Position: Multi-Location Passenger Services Agent

Be the face of customer service as a Passenger Services Agent in a multi-location environment. Engage with travelers by issuing tickets, preparing boarding passes, and more.

In this role, you will serve as the initial contact for customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service. Responsibilities include checking luggage, assisting at boarding gates, and addressing various inquiries. Your contribution will directly impact passengers’ travel experiences, aiming for their utmost satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue tickets and prepare boarding passes for customers

• Check luggage and assist passengers at boarding gates

• Handle inquiries related to rates and lost luggage

• Help with meal orders and ramp duties as needed

• Maintain and prepare daily operational reports

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with customers

• Ability to assist passengers requiring special aid

• Detail-oriented approach to ticketing and reporting

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks

• Willingness to take on ramp duties and collaborations
