Bilingual Account Service Representative - Night Shift

RBC is seeking a Bilingual Account Service Representative for the night shift from midnight to 8:00 AM. This role focuses on accurate data entry, client support, and transaction processing.

In this part-time position in Montréal, you will process transactions and maintain operational accuracy while understanding client needs. Emphasis is placed on meeting established benchmarks for productivity and quality, ensuring excellent client service. You'll be part of a supportive environment that values personal accountability and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process routine data entry and online transactions

• Ensure quality and accuracy of documents

• Support client first mindset through effective communication

• Operate within Folio guidelines and policies

• Participate in weekly coaching and learning sessions

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong data entry skills and client focus

• Flexibility to work the midnight shift

• Experience in high-volume environments is a plus

• Ability to resolve issues efficiently
