Route Service Representative Cintas

Cintas is hiring a Route Service Representative to enhance customer relationships and drive sales within an established route. This role features a 4-day workweek, ensuring high work-life balance and commission possibilities.

As a Route Service Representative, you will manage an existing customer account base, delivering uniforms and various facility products. Key tasks include solving customer issues, maintaining standards of service, and promoting additional product sales to grow the customer base effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport as the face of Cintas with customers

• Address and resolve customer concerns proactively

• Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies

• Negotiate and manage service agreements confidently

• Adhere to driving regulations and safety measures

Requirements:

• Must fulfill provincial vehicle driving requirements

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license is mandatory

• High school diploma, GED, or applicable military service

• Self-motivated with a strong customer service focus

• Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the role
