Join MHIRJ as an Aerospace Customer Account Coordinator (CAM) and become the point of contact for managing key customer accounts. Focus on relationship building, order management, and exceeding client expectations in aviation.

The role requires coordinating with various internal departments to ensure comprehensive support for customers while leading their meetings and performance governance. As part of your responsibilities, you will also monitor account effectiveness and pursue continuous improvement initiatives throughout your engagement. This strategic role is essential for maximizing customer satisfaction and fostering strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day activities for key accounts

• Communicate potential risks and manage order updates

• Assist sales initiatives and customer engagements

• Lead cross-departmental collaboration for consistent service

• Participate in training efforts for Customer Service Representatives

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in aerospace customer environments

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, SAP, Documentum, and more

• French and English bilingualism required

• Marketing or Business degree is a plus

• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays
