Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.

In this role, you will manage customer orders by processing requests promptly while providing detailed information about our services, including equipment and schedules. You'll investigate complaints alongside internal departments to resolve any service-related issues, ensuring a smooth experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer orders and bookings

• Answer inquiries related to equipment and delivery

• Investigate issues and track bookings as necessary

• Scan and organize customer documentation

• Direct customers to the correct departments for assistance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated experience in customer service

• Previous transportation experience preferred

• Bilingual (English and French) skills required

• Strong organizational and communication skills
