Engage supporters by processing donations and managing social media interactions, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Your commitment will help generate lasting relationships with fundraisers and ensure the smooth running of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the community through various communication channels

• Process donations and manage gift matching efficiently

• Update social media and manage fundraising communications

• Assist in data tasks and outreach initiatives

• Participate in local events to cultivate supporter enthusiasm

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French, essential

• Experience in customer service, highly valued

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
