Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities are a must for managing customer interactions in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate information to customers directly
• Perform essential administrative operations tasks
• Promote sales and generate potential revenue
• Handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs carefully
• Complete ongoing training and mandatory assessments
Requirements:
• High school diploma; college diploma preferred
• Familiarity with Fed Ex products and services
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and manage heavy packages
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Available to work five days a week
