This position focuses on client interactions via various channels, offering personalized onboarding and issue resolution. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer communications while also documenting trends and patterns in support requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries professionally through email, chat, and phone

• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary

• Assist customers with onboarding and support

• Collaborate on content creation with cross-functional teams

• Identify and document opportunities for service improvements

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of customer support experience required

• Fluency in French with strong communication abilities

• Knowledge of support tools like Jira and Intercom

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
