Overview

Excel Honda is looking for an Automotive Sales BDC Agent
!

• Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries.
• Logging customer details and comments in our system.
• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
• Follow up customer incoming leads via various channels: website, automotive sites, emails, texts, calls, Honda leads, customer database.
• Communicate with customers fluently in English and French using telephone, text, email, sharing photo and product information.
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
• Greeting customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Ensure customers are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

• Communication:
  Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
• Analytical Mindset:
  Ability to identify underlying needs behind a simple online inquiry.
• Rigour:
  Sharp organizational skills for managing follow-ups and reporting.
• Proactivity:
