This person will be responsible for dealing with truck drivers. This person is responsible for managing activities, including taking orders, processing orders from start to finish and coordinating.

Responsibilities
The job is primarily warehouse-based (inventory, billing, storage, email and other related tasks), with a customer service component (clients retrieving freight, emails, phone calls, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience of at least one year in the transport field of customer service in sectors such as Fed Ex, Amazon, Purolator.
- Motivated and competitive by nature.
- Quality/customer orientation, empathy and the ability to maintain and build lasting relationships are essential.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve any issues satisfactorily.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while offering solutions that exceed customer expectations
