Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and solve problems with clients

• Address client inquiries regarding CG Direct services

• Provide onboarding assistance for new accounts

• Contribute to daily operational tasks of the team

• Manage special projects and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and French

• Experience in relationship/account management

• Familiarity with securities industry preferred

• Completion of relevant licensing courses is a plus

• Advanced MS Office skills required
