Double Tree by Hilton Pointe-Claire Montréal Aéroport Ouest is seeking a friendly Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will be the first contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, upselling rooms, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Bilingual English/French required, occasional night/weekend shifts may be required.
