Customer Success Specialist Bilingual Montreal

Location: Montreal

Maplesoft Group is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for a bilingual role in Montreal, QC. This hybrid position will support benefits participants through excellent service in both French and English.

In this role, you will engage with active and retired participants, providing them with required information and guiding them through their inquiries. Strong communication skills in both languages are essential as is the ability to resolve issues collaboratively with internal teams. Adaptability to a dynamic customer-focused environment is key for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous support through various communication methods

• Assist participants in navigating their benefits inquiries

• Elevate complex issues needing further research

• Facilitate communication between participants and internal resources

• Participate in ongoing training and team initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and keyboarding skills

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to manage high-volume interactions
