- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/French) required
- Adaptability to outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Endurance and agility to move quickly and efficiently in parking lots
- Proof of work authorization in the country of employment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
